Du côté des professeurs, 15 bourses supplémentaires seront attribuées dans le cadre du programme SPCD des services culturels de l'Ambassade. L'appel à candidature pour les stages d'été en France ferme dans quelques jours, à vos stylos!

Rejoignez-nous le 21 mars pour discuter de la valorisation des compétences linguistiques des élèves lors d'un atelier de formation autour du DELF et du Seal of Biliteracy.

Conférences et mars vont de pair : FLAG, SCOLT, Bilingualism Matters ont lieu ce mois-ci et il est encore temps de vous inscrire.

Bonnes nouvelles dans votre rubrique En Classe! La date limite de participation au concours d'écriture de Pluma Magazine a été étendue et vos élèves ont jusqu'au 16 mars pour mettre en dessin Les Fables de La Fontaine.

2020 marks the 50th anniversary of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF).

Do you know that the organization currently compromises 54 states and governments as full members, 7 associate members and 27 observers.

OIF's main goals are promoting French language and cultural diversity, supporting education and scientific research, promoting peace, democracy and human rights, expand economic cooperation for sustainable development.

DU CÔTÉ DES PROFESSEURS

15 ADDITIONAL GRANTS WILL BE OFFERED | LAST DAYS TO APPLY

There is still time to apply for grants to attend a short teacher training in France this summer!

Thanks to the support of the Société des Professeurs Français et Francophones d'Amérique, 15 additional grants will be offered within the SPCD program.

A total of 29 positions at the CAVILAM for teachers of French, 6 positions at the CLA for DLI teachers and 2 positions at BELC for teachers who want to become accredited trainer for our network will be offered.

Application deadline is March 9.

As part of Francophonie Atlanta series of events, this year’s teacher training, to be held on March 21, will focus on French language proficiency recognition.

We will discuss DELF and Seal of Biliteracy.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT ARTICLES HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MARCH 4!

Tell us about the Francophonie and get a chance to be published in the April 2020 special issue of Pluma Magazine!

Articles can be submitted until March 4.

Organized by the Cultural Services in Atlanta, Pluma Magazine and AATF, this writing contest is open to 8-12 grade students.

This year's drawing contest, presented by Francophonie Atlanta, will turn La Fontaine's Fables into drawings and comics! 

Elementary school and middle school students can send their contributions by March 16.
