The Chateaubriand Fellowship is offered by the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the US. Every year, it allows doctorate students enrolled in American universities to conduct research in France for up to 8 months. Complete applications must be submitted by December 16th 2013, 12pm.

The National French Contest/Le Grand Concours is an annual competition sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French. All students of French from grades 1 to 12 are eligible and very welcome to participate. This year, have your students take a chance to win the French Embassy Academic Prize and travel to and study in France! For information about enrolling your students in the 2014 Concours (February-March), please contact your local Chapter.
