L.A. Dance Project, co-founded by French dancer and choreographer Benjamin Millepied, will be presenting a series of dance performances at the Chinati Foundation in Marfa. Eight site-specific dances in eight locations of the museum's permanent collection, that can be experienced both in situ and live on the video platform Periscope.

As a result of a combined cultural endeavor between Mexico and France, this major traveling exhibition explores 50 years of Mexican modern art to reveal the history and development of modern Mexico and its cultural identity. The exhibition, on view at the Dallas Museum of Art, includes works produced by Mexican artists living and working in Paris at the turn of the century, and premiered in October 2016 at the Grand Palais in Paris.

The French Voices Awards rewards both American translators and publishers for translations of works that have been published in France in the last 6 years. Each book receives a $6,000 award, shared between the American publisher and the translator. Each year, the committee also elects a Grand Prize Winner, who receives $10,000 in total.
