Historians Dr. Emmanuelle Cronier and Clémentine Vidal-Naquet will discuss World War I from an insider’s perspective, describing the social and cultural aspects of the war, its impact on families, and its after-effects.

Meet the new Generation of creative leaders!
On Thursday, November 16th at 6pm, creative entrepreneurs, Laure Hériard Dubreuil and Julien David, will discuss the challenges they encountered and how they managed to become pillars of the French fashion industry. The debate will be moderated by Michelle Finamore, Curator of Fashion Arts at the Museum of Fine Arts, and will be followed by a reception and the opening of the gallery. Julien will unveil exclusive outfits from his upcoming collection, that will be exhibited in the gallery. RSVP today to save a seat for the panel discussion as space is limited.

“XYZT”: A Journey in 4 Dimensions

In their immersive art exhibition entitled "XYZT", French artists / performers / computer scientists Adrien Mondot and Claire Bardainne offer what they describe as "a journey through nature revisited". Their installation, comprised of 10 interactive virtual environments generated using math and physics models, manages to meld playful exploration with scientific reasoning.

The MIT Museum presents the North American premiere of The Enemy, an interactive Virtual Reality (VR) exhibition and immersive experience, until December 31, 2017. Conceived by acclaimed photojournalist Karim Ben Khelifa and further developed with MIT Professor D. Fox Harrell, the project immerses participants in discussions about violence and humanity by using pioneering VR technology to present interviews with soldiers on opposite sides of conflicts in Israel and Palestine, The Congo, and El Salvador.
