Social Innovation: How Technology can Help Serve the Homeless

Monday, June 17th, from 6pm to 8pm

McDermott Will & Emery
28 State Street
Boston, MA 02109

Technology benefits us daily with the Internet, cellphones, and tablets, but can technology also reach out to those who are in need?

The General Consulate of France, in partnership with the FACCNE, is proud to announce an event on social innovation. A panel of speakers will be invited to talk about how technology can be used to aid the homeless

An innovative solution currently existing in France will be presented – l'application Entourage - a mobile app that helps  the homeless by connecting them to a network of everyday individuals and NGOs seeking to better their communities.

The panel will also allow the audience to get a deeper insight about the current situation of the homeless in Massachusetts: average age, duration,  existing support or resources, and more importantly, how technological solutions can help them.

Join us on Monday, June 17th, from 6pm to 8pm, for an evening filled with ideas and passion for social change!

Ticket prices:

FACCNE members: $15
